3. Booking and Payment
Appointments for services must be booked by emailing [email protected]
Payment is required in full prior to or at the time of the session. Accepted methods of payment are Cash & bank transfer( NZ only) or via a stripe link - which will be emailed to you before your appointment day.
Refunds are not available once a session has been completed, but you may reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment for a full refund or rescheduled appointment.
